The road will provide a more accessible link between Hirst Road and Frank Sound Road, improving local travel and quality of life for residents, as well as increasing the resilience of road infrastructure in the event of natural disasters. It is composed of three sections: Section 1: Hirst Road to Woodland Drive Section 2: Woodland Drive to Lookout Road, including a set of new tracks called the "Will T Connector" Section 3: Lookout Road to Frank Sound Road
